Dine at Bali by the Sea and taste some of Chef Francois Bougard's

delectable island creations like Hawaiian Ahi Poke. This month our

Chef's Tasting Menu features optional wine pairings from Beaulieu

Vineyard and Solaire by Robert Mondavi. The tasting menu is

$70.00 per person with the option of four 2 oz. wine pairings for

an additional $35.00. Menu is subject to change. Chef's Tasting

Menu available for entire table only. Maximum of six people per

table.

August Photo Contest

Submit your best "Hawaiian Art" photo and you could win a 4-night stay at Hilton Hawaiian Village

How to enter:

1) Take a digital photo incorporating Hawaiian Artwork or Statues at Hilton Hawaiian Village. Photos will be judged on their creativity and fun and must be taken on the Hilton Hawaiian Village property.
2) Submit your photo to GuestPics at Xerox Business Center on the first floor of Diamond Head Tower. Only one photo submission per guest and guest must have stayed at Hilton Hawaiian Village during the month for which the photo is submitted.
3) GuestPics will print your photo and display it at the Xerox Business Center during the month of August.

Duke’s OceanFest is a weeklong festival honoring the legacy of Duke Kahanamoku and features a variety of fun and exciting water sports competitions and events. Some events are being held right here at Duke Kahanamoku Lagoon.

Prime Time - All You Can Eat Prime Rib Buffet

Village Steak & Seafood

June 1 - August 24, 2008

“Prime Time” at Village Steak & Seafood is a unique combination of table service for appetizer and dessert, and all-you-can-eat prime rib, baby back ribs and baked potato bar. The delectable menu includes a choice of a first course: island seafood chowder, Caesar salad or house salad. Diners can then feast on an unlimited buffet of slow-roasted Village prime rib with natural au jus and creamy horseradish; baked potato bar with a choice of toppings; paniolo baby back ribs; shrimp stir-fry noodles; steamed white rice and seasonal vegetables. As a sweet ending to the meal, diners can choose from one of the following: marble chocolate cheesecake with fresh berries and mango coulis, or bananas foster and caramel mousse dome. The cost is just $29.75 for adults and $15.75 for children under the age of 12 (sales and gratuity not included). “Prime Time” runs through October 4 and the restaurant’s a la carte menu is available throughout the promotion.

Sunset Dinner Specials

Diners are invited to enjoy the Sunset Dinner Specials at Bali by the Sea, Village Steak & Seafood and Rainbow Lanai located in the Rainbow Tower.

Bali by the Sea

Monday - Thursday 6:00 pm seating

The Sunset Dinner Special at Bali by the Sea is a scrumptious three-course special that is available Monday through Thursday at the 6 p.m. seating only. For starters, diners can choose between Kahuku sweet corn and Maui onion soup or fresh Island greens with Bali champagne dressing; for the entrée, diners can choose from grilled Ono, breast of chicken "curry style", or angel hair pasta with vine ripened Hauula tomatoes. The meal ends on a sweet note with a chef's dessert. The cost is $38 per person, exclusive of sales tax and gratuity; maximum six guest per reservation; offer cannot be combined with any other discounts or promotions; not available on holidays or special promotional evenings.

Village Steak & Seafood

Tuesday - Sunday 5:30 pm - 6:00 pm seating

The Sunset Dinner Special includes a choice of Village Caesar Salad or Seafood Chowder, and an entrée choice of Black Angus Prime Rib or a Half Roasted Chicken or Fillet of Mahimahi. All entrées include Fresh Garden Vegetables and choice of Rice, Baked Potato or Garlic Mashed Potato. The cost is $28.00 per adult and $14.00 per child (12 years of age and under), exclusive of sales tax and gratuity.

Rainbow Lanai

Offered daily 5:30 pm - 6:00 pm seating

The Sunset Dinner Buffet Special features over eight hot entrées, a bountiful salad bar and delectable desserts. The cost is $29.00 per adult and $15.00 per child (12 years of age and under), exclusive of sales tax and gratuity.
