Check-in Experience

To prepare for arrival, pre-registration starts from 12:30 pm* as the front desk will only be servicing checkouts prior to 12:30 pm. Guests may store their bags at the bell desk and return to the front desk after 12:30 pm to pre-register. Check-in time actually starts from 4:00 pm, however, if there is a ready room, guests also have the option to opt in for an early arrival for $75.

12:30 pm – Diamond and Gold Hilton Honors Members and Digital Check-In Guests

1 pm – Silver and Base Hilton Honors members

1:30 pm – Non-Hilton Honors Members

Digital Check-in & Digital Key

We encourage guests to download their Hilton Honors app, and check-in digitally 36 hours prior to arrival. This way, you can request for a digital key and you will be able to bypass the front desk and proceed straight to the room.

If you checked in using Digital Check-in make sure to visit the Mail & Key Desk (main lobby) from 12:30 pm – 7:45 pm to pick up your towel cards and DVD Now card.

Any questions or concerns about your reservation, or anything during their stay? Not to worry! Click on the “MESSAGE HOTEL” icon in the Honors app, and you will be connected to a front desk agent who can assist with anything you would have done over the counter at check-in. Please allow them some time to respond, as they do get inundated with messages, but know, they are dedicated to responding as efficiently as possible.

Resort Dining Credit

Gold and Diamond Hilton Honors members who selected dining credit as their MyWay benefit enjoy $18/day for you and one additional guest registered to the same room. Credit can be used for in-room delivery or at: Tropics Bar & Grill, Bali Oceanfront, Hau Tree Bar, Chee Hoo Patisserie, Wiki Wiki Market, Starbucks, MixBar, Lagoon Grill, Tapa Bar and the Waikiki Starlight Luau. The dining credit applies only if you have booked directly through Hilton. Dining credit will not be available if booked through other online companies.

Debit and Credit Card Authorization

Upon check-in, funds for the full amount of your entire stay plus $140 per night will be held on your credit card or debit card. As you charge to your room, our system will automatically request for additional funds to ensure all possible charges are covered. Any unused credit/debit authorizations will be released back to your card at your bank’s discretion. Hilton Hawaiian Village is not responsible for the time it takes your bank to return the funds or any overdraft fees associated with your debit card.
