Reservations
You may reserve your accommodations at Hilton Hawaiian Village online or by calling 1-808-949-4321. Please reserve the type of room you wish to stay in upon arrival as upgrades may be limited.
Resort Charge
A standard daily resort charge includes these benefits during your stay. For activities and discounts, present the DVD Now card you receive at check-in.

Cancellation Policy
The cancellation policy for your stay will be clearly stated during the booking process and included in your confirmation email. Most reservations may be cancelled 72 hours or more before check-in for a full refund of your deposit. On select dates, a 7-day cancellation policy applies. A one-night deposit is required at the time of booking. Cancellations made after the stated deadline will result in full forfeiture of the deposit, regardless of when the reservation was made.

Early Check-In Policy
Check-in begins at 4:00pm HST. If you arrive before 4:00pm, we request that you check your luggage with our team and enjoy our restaurants and beach until your room becomes available.
Early Departure Policy
Should you check out before your scheduled departure date, you will be charged an early departure fee equal to one night room and tax. If booked over a minimum night requirement or on a holiday package, you will be charged the full length of your reservation
Smoking Policy
There is no smoking on guest room balconies or inside guest rooms. In addition, smoking is prohibited at the pool.

Please contact us for rollaway bed options. Rollaway beds are not available for all room types.
